Congratulations to Kie, One of our Artists at The Bowen Center for the Arts. She won the TaWS Watercolor Society 25th Tri-State Juried Water Media Exhibition for the 2013 Award for Best in Show. The show was held LeMoyne Center for the Visual Arts in Tallahassee, FL. Steve Jordan, Juror. Her water color is named “Taking a Bow in Gold”.
