Dan Tomberlin is a professional artist that creates original art on paper with pencils, pen and paint. He settled in Dahlonega a few years ago and sells and exhibits locally and as well as nationally. He studied art at Auburn University, Georgia State University and has a BA from the University of South Carolina. He received a MA in Art History at Denver University. Dan is a military brat, growing up around the world. He’s lived and worked all over the country, is a father and grandfather, a pilot, an Air Force veteran, as well as a life-long Hippie. He’s been a graphic designer, illustrator, exhibit designer and art educator and now he is a full-time artist. Go figure.
