The Bowen Center for the Arts is Georgia’s little gem and like all precious jewels, you have to search and learn about all it’s worth. Once you come into the art center you will see that the gallery displays are breathtaking, the music exceptional, and the social/educational luncheons great fun! Visitors from outside Dawsonville have enjoyed this historic gallery setting and amazing gift shop with items made by local artists. Come enjoy the treasures the Bowen has to offer!

Our Gallery Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 12-4pm. The Bowen is located in the Historic District of Dawsonville just North of the Old Courthouse. Look for the Old Rock School on North Highway 9 between Dawson Junior High School and Lanier Tech Center.
